Ironically it’s not new, it’s an ingenious old idea, we just resurrected. The management of Office Imaging Inc., and PowerEdge Systems Inc., worked together, just like we are now, many years ago. Then employees of BIRCH Business Systems / COMPUTER COMPUTER Corp., our employers John and Marilyn Birch, had the wisdom to integrate what were two very different industries at the time. The Copier/Word Processing business and the Computer Business. A TOTAL OFFICE SOLUTION. And while you may see that everywhere NOW, this was back in 1980….THAT’S VISION!
Technology has skyrocketed in the last 28 years, and it was apparent even then that employing “jack of all trades, master of none” was impossible. To offer the best customer recommendations, service and support, requires two distinct sets of professionals – WITH ONE COMMON GOAL!
